PAYMENT I accept and prefer payment by Paypal I also accept cheques and Postal Orders in GBP only. Items paid for by cheque will not be shipped until payment has cleared. POSTAGE I will always get a Proof Of Postage Receipt I cannot be held responsible for items lost in the post, but I will always help in any pursuit of compensation from Royal Mail I will retain all Proofs of Postage until either feedback has been left (indicating item has been received) or for a period of 60 days (items sent by Surface Mail excepting) To date all my packages have been delivered in good condition, nothing has been lost or damaged in transit. In the majority of circumstances, items will be posted the day after cleared payment has been received. I have twin toddlers, however, so there are never any guarantees! Read my feedback, in the vast majority of cases, items are shipped very promptly. Postage costs include an element for Packaging and fees. If you are not happy with the cost stated, please don’t bid! I try to recycle where possible – please do not be offended if your packaging has been used previously, I’m just trying to be environmentally friendly!
RETURNS I always try to describe my items as honestly and accurately as possible, however I am only human so if I have made an error please contact me as soon as possible so we can resolve any problems. If you are not happy with your purchase, return it in the same condition as it was received within seven days and I will refund your purchase price.
